My name is Gaia Hladky. I am a mother of three, a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate, a video creator, and part of the toke team—an international community that promotes a natural and conscious lifestyle through essential oils.
My journey into prevention and wellbeing began with motherhood. It led me to create a simple and effective “natural home pharmacy” to support my family’s everyday health.
